Prince's Two Homers Help Brewers Crown Phillies 5-4

Prince Fielder pelted a pair of two-run homers, including the go-ahead shot in the eighth inning, to power the Brewers to a 5-4 win over the Phillies at Miller Park. It was Fielder's ninth career multi-homer game. Gabe Kapler also drove in a run for Milwaukee, which won its second straight to improve to 13-and-8. Mitch Stetter threw two scoreless innings of relief to get the win and Derrick Turnbow worked the ninth for his first save. Cole Hamels struck out 11 over seven-plus frames, but gave up all five runs to fall to 2-and-3 with the loss. Chase Utley went 2-for-3 with his major league-leading 10th home run of the season for Philadelphia. Greg Dobbs and Pat Burrell also went deep for the Phils, who had won their previous three.
