A's Pound Rays 9-1 in Oakland

Jack Cust homered twice to back Dana Eveland's first career complete game as the Athletics crushed the Rays 9-1 at McAfee Coliseum. Cust hit a pair of two-run homers, while Jack Hannahan added a solo shot for the A's, who salvaged the finale of the three-game set. Bobby Crosby went 3-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored in the victory. Jonny Gomes' solo homer in the eighth was all the offense for Tampa Bay.
