Once, Twice, Three, Times A Lady

Photo courtesy of New York Post
The image above is what greeted millions of New Yorkers Monday morning as they either purchased, or passed by newsstands filled with the New York Post. The woman pictured is Cynthia Rodriguez, wife of Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez. The venue is Yankee Stadium, during Sundays game against the Oakland Athletics. On the back of her shirt is an expletive followed by the word YOU in old English script. The expletive begins with the same letter and ends with the last three letters of the word firetruck. The headline on the tabloid read F-ROD at the top of the photograph. A classless retort to a classless act. Neither the Yankees or A-Rod had any comments on Mrs. Rodriguez attire. Rodriguez was the subject of rumors of infidelity after being pictured with an unidentified blonde woman, as they allegedly were entering a "Gentleman's Club" together. Mrs. Rodriguez was accompanied to the game on Sunday by her two year old daughter, and an "unidentified older woman" according to the account.
